Baseball team beats Ticonderoga 19-0, heads to state semi-finals

(June 8, 2012) Voorheesville’s baseball team advanced to the state semi-finals after a decisive 19-0 victory over Section VII champion Ticonderoga. The two teams faced off in the Class C regional final baseball game on Thursday, June 7, at SUNY Canton.

The Blackbirds make their first-ever trip to the state semi-finals to face Section I's Haldane at 10 a.m. on Saturday, June 9, at Johnson City High School in Binghamton.
