VES parents can now schedule conferences online

Brief training sessions on new software March 6, 13

(February 29, 2012) Voorheesville Elementary School is now offering parents the option to schedule parent-teacher conferences online.  March 23 and March 29 have been designated as a second parent conference opportunity. Students will be dismissed at 11:30 a.m. both days.

"Using this online scheduling software, you will very easily be able to schedule a time, reschedule if necessary (the software will provide you with the available dates and times), and receive two email confirmations to remind you of your appointment," Principal Tom Reardon said. "If you need to cancel, simply log in and cancel your appointment."

On Feb. 28, Mr. Reardon sent a letter home with step-by-step directions to schedule a conference online and information about brief training sessions scheduled for March 6 and 13, 6-8 p.m. in the elementary school library.
