School lunch survey available for parents (Nov. 10, 2010) The Voorheesville Central School District, in conjunction with the Ad Hoc Food Service Committee, is surveying parents on the School Lunch Program. The parent survey will be open until December 3, 2010. The committee, comprised of parents and school personnel, has developed a survey for parents asking some essential questions regarding the lunch program. "Our menu analysis has already told us what the kids like," said Assistant Superintendent for Business Sarita Winchell. "We need parent input on why students do or do not buy lunch, lunch prices, what students bring to school for lunch, and what parents have for general comments."
