Support the yearbook and school newspaper at a special dinner on Sept. 20

September 12, 2008 - Take a break from the old dinner routine and gather  family and friends for Blackbird Night at Emma Cleary's (1926 New Scotland Road, Slingerlands) on Saturday, Sept. 20, from 4  to 7 p.m. Take-out will also be available. Proceeds from the event will support the yearbook and school newspaper.

Take a break from the old dinner routine and gather  family & friends for Blackbird Night at Emma Cleary's (1926 New Scotland Road, Slingerlands) on Saturday, Sept. 20, from 4  to 7 p.m. Take-out will also be available.

The cost is $10 for adults and $7 for children in grades 5 and under, and will include baked ziti with meatballs, bread/garlic bread, tossed salad, assorted desserts, soda and coffee.

Proceeds from the event will help support the yearbook, The Torch, and the school newspaper, The Helderbarker.  

Due to the nature of this event, prepaid reservations are a necessity. Download, complete and return the pre-sale ticket form to Kyle Turski in the high school office by Sept. 16. You may also contact Karen Finnessey at 765-4361 or Sue Gruss 439-1014 to make other arrangements.
