Dionysians attend trade fair

Members of the
Voorheesville Dionysians, the high school drama club, attended a
trade fair on April 25 in Colonie to research wireless intercom
systems.
The group voted recently
to use some of the money earned from their performance of Grease to
purchase and donate a wireless intercom system for the school’s
Performing Arts Center.
At the invitation of the SimplexGrinnell company,
students Brian Farley, Alexis Moore and Connor Tompkins attended a trade
show sponsored by the company. While they were there, the students
participated in a pro-sound seminar and visited various company's trade
booths.
They were also able to see and try out the intercom system that will
eventually be purchased by the club.
