Key Club's Turkey Food Drive underway through Nov. 18

(Nov. 8, 2011) Clayton A. Bouton High School's Key Club is holding its 2nd annual Turkey Food Drive to benefit the Regional Food Bank of Northeastern New York. The food drive will be held through November 18.

Eight high school teachers have volunteered to dress up as a turkey on Tuesday, Nov. 22-- day before the Thanksgiving break--if they collect the most donated food items. A table set been set up in the library with boxes labeled with each teacher’s name. You can donate food items as often as you wish to the teacher of your choice. Key Club members will tally and post each teachers progress of donated food items on a large graph that will be on display in the library.

The winning teacher will be announced Monday morning, Nov. 21; then watch for that teacher in the turkey suit throughout the day on Tuesday, Nov. 22.
